Common Questions

The link won't add. Supported: YouTube, Instagram (posts, reels, stories and highlights), Threads, TikTok, X and Facebook. Stories live for a day: if it's been longer, there's nowhere left to pull it from.
The item arrived without a folder. The folder is picked by the model after processing — until then the item sits in Inbox.
Out of skims. The balance is topped up monthly with the subscription; you can see it in your account.

Delete Your Account

In the app: “Account → Delete Account”. On the website — the form below. Deleting is final: items, folders, notes, questions and any skims left will be gone.
